Where is my progress saved?

Your café saves on your iPhone as you play. If you're signed in to iCloud, a copy is also kept in your iCloud account, so the game can pick up where you left off on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. Settings in the game shows whether iCloud is on.

I have a new iPhone

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, install Little Hearth and open it. Your progress arrives from iCloud, sometimes after a minute or so; the game shows a note when it does. Purchases always come back with Restore purchases.

Restore purchases

Open the Shop tab and tap Restore purchases at the bottom, signed in with the Apple Account that bought them. Double Income, themes, the Founder's Basket and an active season pass return. Gems that were already spent are not restored.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your restaurants keep earning while you're away, up to 8 hours (12 with the season pass). Buying or restoring purchases needs an internet connection to Apple.

Game Center

If you're signed in to Game Center, the game posts your renown and lifetime coins to leaderboards and reports achievements. You can sign in or open leaderboards from Settings in the game. Playing never needs Game Center.

Sound, haptics and motion

Settings in the game has separate volumes for music, kitchen sounds and ambience, a haptics switch and Reduced motion. The game also follows your iPhone's Reduce Motion setting.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments. To review a purchase or ask for a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem. We never see your card details.
